Syncronose is an automation and control app. We collect only the information needed to provide login and core app functionality.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use the app for advertising tracking.

A) Account Information (Firebase Authentication)

When you sign in, we use Firebase Authentication (Google) to authenticate your account. Depending on your sign-in method, this may involve:

• email address and basic account identifiers (such as a Firebase UID)
• authentication tokens needed to keep you signed in

We do not ask for unnecessary personal details beyond what is required for authentication.

B) App Diagnostics (Limited)

To keep the app stable and improve reliability, the app may process limited technical data such as:

• device type and OS version
• app version
• error/diagnostic information (only if applicable)

C) Camera (Only When You Use It)

If you use features that require the camera (e.g., capturing photos, scanning, enrollment, or attaching images), the app will request access to your camera.

• We only access the camera when you choose to use those features.
• We do not turn on your camera in the background.

D) Microphone (Only When You Use It)

If you use features that require audio (e.g., intercom/voice communication), the app will request access to your microphone.

• We only access the microphone when you choose to use those features.
• We do not record audio in the background.

3) How We Use Information

We use collected/processed information to:

• create and manage your login session
• provide app functionality you request (camera/microphone features)
• maintain security and prevent abuse
• improve app performance and fix bugs

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

• with Firebase (Google) to provide authentication services

• If you deny camera access, camera-related features won’t work.
• If you deny microphone access, audio/intercom-related features won’t work.

Syncronose is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
