Welcome to Syncronose. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application ("App"), and automation services. By accessing our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Syncronose provides smart home and automotive automation solutions, including hardware installation and a dedicated mobile application for control.

Hardware: We install third-party and custom hardware (e.g., lighting, motors). Warranty for third-party hardware is subject to the original manufacturer's terms.
App: The Syncronose App is a tool to control these systems. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to internet or network dependencies.

2. Safety & Responsibility

Automotive Control: Our App may allow control of vehicle features (e.g., lighting, auxiliary systems).

WARNING:

Do NOT use the App to control a vehicle while driving.
Ensure the vehicle is parked and safe before operating remote features.
Syncronose is NOT liable for any accidents, battery drainage, or damage resulting from misuse of the App.

Home Automation: Users are responsible for ensuring that automated devices (e.g., heaters, motors) are free from obstruction before remote operation.

3. User Accounts

To use the App, you must register an account via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Syncronose reserves the right to suspend accounts that attempt to abuse or hack the system.

4. Intellectual Property

The Syncronose name, logo, and App code are the intellectual property of Syncronose. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our software without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Syncronose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
